She began her career in retail buying, bringing valuable first-hand commercial insight before transitioning into executive recruitment, where she rapidly advanced to senior leadership roles within leading global firms.

Stacey has successfully built and scaled high-performing teams and new business divisions across Europe and the APAC region, managing up to 25 consultants. Her ability to identify market opportunities and deliver exceptional talent solutions has made her a go-to advisor for C-suite and board-level appointments.

As Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of both Mode Search & Mode Executive, Stacey leads the business while specialising in Senior and Executive-level appointments across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
