Stacey began her career in retail buying, before moving into recruitment where she quickly progressed to senior leadership roles in a number of high-profile global recruitment firms. Her natural leadership skills led her to successfully grow brand new divisions across the European & APAC markets. Having an eye for opportunity she has developed & managed teams of up to 25 consultants.
Stacey co founded Mode Search and leads the team while also specialising in Senior & Executive level searches across EMEA, APAC & US markets. She has been instrumental in hiring key leaders globally for some of the most exciting multichannel retail businesses. Stacey is intuitive by nature which leads itself well to challenging briefs.
