THE BRIEF

Our client for this search was a global luxury interiors brand going through a time of global growth and expansion with focus on it's omni channel offering . Having supported the brand with other key hires based from their Global HQ in London we were asked to assist with their search for a Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director for EMEA. We discussed the brief and took time to understand the ideal profile for the role. The candidate required was an individual with a proven track record in the digital space with expertise in the Interiors and homeware industry. An inspiring leader, with the ability to develop a stable team who would create change in a positive and successful way while working closely with the brand's EMEA team and HQ.

THE PROCESS

Through a tailored search, alongside recommendations, we identified a candidate with proven success in the luxury interiors market within the digital space.

Within 8 weeks of commencing the search a shortlist of candidates was presented which led to an offer being made. The appointed candidate has since added huge value to the business with driving profits and enabling growth in the market.
