Our client, a newly launched US-based luxury women’s ready-to-wear brand, was entering an exciting phase of growth and sought to build out its senior leadership team. The business required a Head of Design to partner closely with the Founder and Creative Director in shaping the creative vision and driving the evolution of both core and runway collections.

The ideal candidate was a design leader with a proven track record in luxury womenswear, a refined aesthetic, and extensive experience collaborating within a creative-led environment.


OUR APPROACH

Mode Search conducted a global search across London, Europe, and New York, guided by a targeted list of aligned luxury houses. Each portfolio was reviewed in depth to ensure aesthetic synergy and creative alignment with the brand’s DNA.
